He is a Business Administration graduate and founder of TGAF. He focuses on youth development and community empowerment and serves on the 8th East African Youth Parliament, addressing Economic and Trade affairs under the AfCFTA. His commitment to sustainable development drives the foundation's impact across Africa.

Derick Ambrose Chief Executive Officer

He is the Administration and Finance Officer at TGAF, responsible for financial operations and administration. He has a finance and accounting background, with experience in budgeting and financial oversight to ensure smooth operations.

Ibrahim Washokera Finance and Administration Officer

She is the Projects and Resource Mobilization Manager at TGAF. She has a background in project management and extensive experience in coordinating projects and mobilizing resources for national and international organizations, contributing significantly to the Foundation's mission.

Sheila Mkandawire Projects and resource mobilization manager

He is the Communications and Partnerships Manager at TGAF. He has extensive experience in mass media and public speaking, focusing on crafting messages and building partnerships that enhance youth development and support the Foundation's mission

Hamis Msafiri Communications and Partnerships Officer

He is the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer at TGAF. He has extensive experience in assessing and improving program effectiveness for various organizations. His skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting help ensure that the Foundation's initiatives are effectively monitored for impact and success.
