Hearts for Autism
Hearts for Autism is a pioneering project dedicated to transforming the lives of youth with autism in Africa by focusing on three vital areas: equipping them with vocational skills for future independence, building sustainability within autism centers to ensure long-term support, and fostering widespread awareness across African society to cultivate understanding and acceptance. We are committed to creating a pathway to dignity and inclusion for every individual on the autism spectrum
Skonga Package – Cultivating Future Leaders:
The Skonga Package is a transformative leadership and governance program that empowers young people with civic knowledge, leadership skills, and active citizenship values through mentorship, training, and practical engagement, enabling them to confidently participate in governance, democracy, and community decision-making while driving positive social change.
Kijana Africa Summit
Kijana Africa Summit is a dynamic platform that empowers young Africans to discover their purpose, address critical challenges such as poverty, climate change, and inequality, and develop innovative, sustainable solutions for a prosperous future. By fostering a strong Pan-African network and providing transformative workshops, mentorship, and collaborative opportunities, the summit equips emerging leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs to drive positive change in their communities and across the continent. The Great African Foundation invites technical and financial partners to join us in this mission, investing in Africa’s youth and shaping a brighter tomorrow through collaboration and impactful initiatives.
Jahazi la Upendo – Spreading Love Through Charity:
Jahazi la Upendo, meaning “Ship of Love,” is a youth-driven charity initiative where young people are trained and empowered to lead community philanthropy and humanitarian actions through partnerships, outreach, and volunteer service—providing essential support such as food, clothing, and care to vulnerable communities while discovering their purpose through service and compassion.
