The Great African Foundation is structured to ensure effective governance, efficient operations and accountability. Our organisational chart outlines the lines of authority and responsibilities within the Foundation.

  • Annual General Meeting

    Public accountability & financial disclosure, impact validation and stakeholder engagement.

  • Board of Directors & Advisory Board

    Oversees direction and strategy, approves policies and budgets, appoints and evaluates the CEO.

  • Chief Executive Officer

    Manages day-to-day operations, implements Board decisions and leads the management team.

  • Departments & staff

    Administration, Communications and Projects offices carry out our programs and initiatives.
