Program overview
Our flagship program pairs young people with experienced mentors and immerses them in leadership training, summits and exchange visits. Because true change begins within, we focus first on shifting perspectives — moving from a passive outlook to one of agency and empowerment — and then channel that confidence into real responsibility.
The program delivers our strategic pillar of Youth Leadership Development: nurturing ethical, accountable and purpose-driven leaders equipped to drive transformation in their communities and beyond.
Objectives
- Nurture ethical, accountable and purpose-driven leaders
- Transform mindsets from passivity to agency and empowerment
- Help every participant discover their unique purpose
Activities
- One-to-one and group mentorship with experienced mentors
- Leadership and character-formation training (e.g. Skonga Package)
- National and international summits, seminars and exchange visits
- Policy advocacy — connecting young voices with decision-makers
Outcomes
- Youth break free from limiting beliefs and embrace personal accountability
- Confident civic leaders who drive change in their communities
- Young voices engaged in inclusive policy conversations
